Fuel Tanks (Perfect)

These metal tanks were originally manufactured by the well-known Perfect Corp.  Brodak eventually took over the line. These tanks are constructed using high quality tin-plated steel with copper fill, vent, and feed tubes. A specially developed soldering process uses precise temperatures so that there are very clean solder lines. This creates tanks with much better seals and lighter weight. Without excessive heat in the process, there is virtually no distortion of the metal.

Dimensions: 3-1/2"L X 1-7/16"H X 2-3/16"W
Fuel: 3.5 oz.
Style: Uniflow

This is a custom tank made for BJM for the short nose moment of a standard profile Ringmaster. It is designed to give the flyer the extra fuel normally needed for performing the Precision Modern stunt pattern. No tubing is brought out the front of the tank. This allows the the extra tank length needed for the added fuel normally used in the longer pattern. The overflow is brought out so there is no "wrestling match" with putting on the stopper onto the overflow tube. The uniflow can be positioned for the muffler or prop draft methods of pressurization. The fuel feed will go under the engine to the venturi to allow the needle valve to be adjusted from the top of the engine.

This will be an ideal tank for the new Ringmaster events becoming popular. The tank should be large enough to allow almost any engine up to a .35 to have enough fuel for the modern pattern.
